There are never any hidden fees with us. There are no mark-ups on routine maintenance and no fees for property inspections. There are no on-boarding fees for Tenants either. Got any additional questions? Just ask!

Full Service Property Management:

Includes leasing and monthly management

• Monthly management: 11% of the monthly rent (per month) with a $250 minimum

• Leasing: 60% of one month's rent

• Includes: Initial onsite rent-ready inspection, professional photography coordination, listing and showing the property, tenant screening, move in/out inspections, coordinating utility transfers, lease documentation, deposit collection, maintenance requests, tenant management, rent collection, monthly and annual statements, and everything in-between!

Leasing-Only:

You take over the monthly management after we’ve placed a qualified tenant

• Leasing: 100% of one month’s rent

• Includes: Initial onsite rent-ready inspection, professional photography coordination if desired, listing and showing the property, tenant screening, move in inspection, coordinating utility transfers, lease documentation, and deposit collection.
